Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri says victory over Arsenal will be felt right across Europe.

Just days after putting three past European champions Bayern Munich on their own patch, City made eight changes and scored six against the Barclays Premier League leaders.

"Everyone will look at this game on top of what we did against Bayern in midweek and be a little bit worried about playing us," said Nasri.

"We always seem to perform when we play one of the big teams. We did it against Manchester United, Tottenham, Bayern and now we've done it against Arsenal.

"When you concede six goals, and we had so many chances to score more, I think they know that we're a real threat for any team for the title. We've come back to three points behind Arsenal and next week they play Chelsea so we have to keep the pressure on them."
