Nasri likely to play for Man City despite hand injury

Manchester City expect Samir Nasri to play this weekend despite injuring his hand last night.

The former Arsenal midfielder suffered a suspected broken finger whilst playing for France in their scoreless draw with Romania in Euro2012 qualifying but it is believed that he will be fit for the visit of Wigan Athletic on Saturday.

Nasri made his City debut in the 5-1 win over Tottenham last weekend, providing three assists, and the club will be hoping the problem can be strapped up for the clash with the Latics at Etihad Stadium.
