Samir Nasri is in doubt for Manchester City's Champions League clash with Sevilla on Wednesday.
City boss Manuel Pellegrini revealed the French midfielder felt a niggle in his hamstring after coming on as a substitute in City's 5-1 win over Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday.
Pellegrini was unable to replace the 28-year-old because City had already used all their substitutes.
"Nasri had a problem with his hamstring. I think it will be very difficult for him (to play Wednesday)," City manager Manuel Pellegrini said.
"Unfortunately we knew that he was feeling something after we made the third change, but he didn't run too much. He stayed in the middle so we'll see in the next day what happens with him."
