Nasri banking on further improvement with Man City

Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri is confident he will continue improving the more he adapts to the new clubs game style.

The Frenchman has not hit the heights expected of him following his big-money move from Arsenal in the summer but he believes he will only get better from this point on.

"I'm feeling more settled and you will see a better Samir every week," he told the club's official website.

"I'm confident in my quality. You will see that. I never asked Man City to pay £24 million. It was a lot of money, but every transfer has a lot of money. You want to give something to those people for bringing you here, but the money? That's not my problem.

"At Arsenal I was playing a bit higher up the pitch, but at City I play further back. I've never doubted I made the right choice in coming here."
