Napoli have upped their contract offer to unsettled Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi.
Icardi's wife and agent, Wanda Nara, has been in talks with Napoli about a move this summer. Napoli's last offer was worth €6.5 million-a-year, plus a movie role for Wanda.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says Napoli have submitted an improved offer of €6.8 million-a-year and are also prepared to bid €70 million to convince Inter to sell.
However, Icardi will have to demand a transfer to force Inter's hand.
New Inter coach Frank de Boer, meanwhile, is eager to speak with the striker about staying this season.
