Napoli are willing to sell star striker Edinson Cavani this summer - for £85 MILLION.
The Mail on Sunday says Cavani will be crowned football's most expensive player if his club Napoli are tempted to sell the Uruguayan for £85.5m in the summer.
That is £5.5m more than the current record of £80m for Cristiano Ronaldo when he joined Real Madrid from Manchester United.
Cavani, 24, has scored 20 goals this season to convince Napoli they can win the title.
An Italian source confirmed last night that Manchester City tried to sign Cavani three months before they completed the transfer of Edin Dzeko. United, Chelsea and Real Madrid have all been linked with the Uruguayan.
