Napoli have expressed interest in Real Madrid legend Iker Casillas.

Currently tied to Porto, Casillas has been offered to Sevilla in the past week.

However, with Sergio Rico firmly established as Sevilla's No1, new coach Eduardo Berizzo is reluctant to add Casillas to his ranks.

Instead, Italy and Naples could be Casillas' next destination, where Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis is eager to find a replacement for Pepe Reina.

De Laurentiis has lost confidence in Reina and Don Balon says the prospect of signing Casillas for the new season is attractive to the movie mogul.

The Spain international's deal with Porto will expire at the end of this month.
