Napoli are reviving their pursuit of Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva.

Gazzetta Dello Sport says the Serie A club have decided to once again go for Brazilian holding midfield man Lucas before the new season starts.

Inter Milan have also been linked with Lucas, who played just 29 times for Liverpool last term in an injury-disrupted campaign.

Napoli boss Rafa Benitez worked with Lucas at Anfield and would welcome a reunion with his former midfielder.
