Napoli are in talks with Frosinone for young Austrian midfielder Robert Gucher.

Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has told sports director Riccardo Bigon to target only young talent this transfer window so not to upset morale within the senior squad.

Udinese were in talks for Gucher in December, but that has since dried up so allowing Napoli to step in.

Bigon is expected to offer £1.5 million to Frosinone officials today for the 19 year-old midfielder.
