Napoli have tabled a bid for Tottenham midfielder Etienne Capoue.
Sportmediaset says Napoli have offered €9 million for the France international this week.
Capoue isn't a favourite of new Spurs boss Tim Sherwood and can leave this month, despite only arriving in the summer from Toulouse.
Napoli coach Rafa Benitez is also interested in Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia.
