Napoli are moving for AC Milan defender Mattia de Sciglio.
Sportitalia says Napoli have offered €15 million plus bonuses for the Italy international.
De Sciglio has been informed of the offer while he is with the Italy squad at the Euros.
Napoli are turning to the Italy defender after being beaten by Atletico Madrid for Sassuolo fullback Sime Vrsaljko.
Roma and Juventus are also interested in De Sciglio.
