Napoli have swooped for Argentinos Juniors goalkeeper Nicolas Navarro.

"It was all done very hurriedly and the deal was completed at 10pm last night," Navarro told La Red of his £2.3 million move to Italy.

At just 22-years-old, Navarro is one of South America's most highly rated goalkeeping prospects and was part of the Argentina Under-20 squad that won the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship.
