Goran Pandev admits Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri wasn't satisfied after their 1-1 draw with AC Milan.

Pandev cancelled out Mathieu Flamini's opener to keep Napoli four points ahead of Milan in second-place.

"The Coach is never happy, as we can still improve a great deal. We are missing the final step to become a great team," said the Macedonian.

"We play wonderful football and deserve to be in second place behind Juventus. We changed our style of play slightly and I am now closer to Edinson Cavani. I am also in better shape physically and put the difficult time behind me.

"We must defend second place until the end of the season. It was important not to lose tonight, but I wouldn't say we have it under lock and key."
