Napoli ace Edinson Cavani added to his reputation with a superb hat-trick in their 4-3 thriller against Lazio.

The Partenopei were trailing 2-0 on home turf to Lazio this afternoon, but fought back for an amazing 4-3 win that put them in second place.

"Let us enjoy this victory," said the striker. "Our attitude remains the same: give 100 per cent in every game for this city and this team.

"We knew Lazio were a great side, so now we must enjoy the moment and carry on like this."

The hat-trick put Cavani on top of the Capocannoniere charts with Udinese's Antonio Di Natale.

"My son has given me a sense of peace. I want to carry on with this form and give my best for the Napoli fans."
