Napoli striker Edinson Cavani has dedicated his hat-trick against Juventus to his wife.

Cavani struck all three goals in the 3-0 win.

Asked to reveal why he put the ball under his shirt after the game, he said: "It was an affection gesture aimed at my wife who will make me a father in a few months' time.

"We are a happy couple because the most beautiful thing in the world awaits us. And we are also happy that I am doing well on a footballing level.

"The League table says that we are worthy of qualifying for the Champions League, so we are enjoying this moment.
