Napoli have struck personal terms with PSV Eindhoven fullback Santiago Arias.

While a fee is yet to be settled, Corriere del Mezzogiorno says Arias has accepted a contract offer from Napoli worth €1.5m-a-year.

Negotiations between the two clubs are now at an advanced stage, with only minor details needing to be settled.

Napoli are bringing Arias to the San Paulo as they seek a fullback signing who can play on both flanks.

Colombia international Arias has been with PSV for five years.
