Schalke and Rafa Benitez's Napoli are among continental clubs chasing Standard Liege attacker Mpoku ahead of the January market.
However, he could still be playing in England, where he spent three years with Tottenham before being offloaded back to Standard.
During his time at Spurs, Mpoku enjoyed first team football on-loan at Leyton Orient.
Three years on, Mpoku is a Belgium U21 international and set for a money spinning Bosman move with his Standard deal due to expire in June.
