Napoli in Sampdoria talks for Campagnaro and Sammarco

Napoli are in talks with Sampdoria over defender Hugo Campagnaro.

The Argentine is expected to wrap up a move to Napoli this week and could be joined in Naples by Samp teammate Paolo Sammarco.

Napoli sports chief Pierpaolo Marino has asked about Sammarco's availability during negotiations for Campagnaro.
