The agent of Napoli attacker Lorenzo Insigne says his client is not joining Sunderland this summer.
The 22-year old Italian has been heavily linked with a move to the Stadium of Light but Antonio Ottaiano says the Partenopei rejected an offer from the Black Cats.
"Absolutely not, there was contact from Sunderland but the Azzurri didn't want to sell him," said Ottaiano.
"Lorenzo has told me of his love for the shirt and for the city, he knows he has lot to offer the club and because of this he has not hesitated in staying.
"We are just waiting for a contract offer, in the sense that we need to have a meeting and work out the value before we renew."
