Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis says the only offer they have for Edinson Cavani is from Manchester City.
Chelsea and Real Madrid are also being linked with Cavani.
"The only meeting I've had has been with Manchester City, but the offer was inadequate," said De Laurentiis.
