Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis insists they do not need to sign Fiorentina attacker Stevan Jovetic.
Jovetic has been linked with the Azzurri in recent days.
"Jovetic is not on Napoli's shopping list," the President told Marte Sport Live, reiterating a point made several months ago.
"With Pandev, the attack is complete, we need no other strikers. They have written a lot, we could have 80 teams with all the names linked to Napoli. We have always said that we will reinforce the midfield and defence and look to take a winger. I do not think that we need another attacker.
"We have Insigne, Vargas, Cavani and Pandev, to have another one means creating problems in the dressing room that otherwise gives so much pleasure.
"We are always focused on young people, it is why Lavezzi has become a part of Napoli, the same goes for Hamsik and Gargano. We have had the patience to raise them.
"I don't believe in the cliché that you need ready players to get to the top. Barcelona, for example, did the opposite - they have sown and then harvested, but in Italy we have the opposite tendency."
