Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has plans to renovate the San Paolo.

But first the laws on stadiums in Italy must be changed.

"We need to bring the politicians here to copy their laws on stadiums, so we can truly create a spectacular business model around the sport," said De Laurentiis.

"Now the ultras are often the only ones who go to the stadiums, so we want to open it up to families, children and a different class of supporter."
