Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis is expected to hold crunch talks with coach Roberto Donadoni today.

De Laurentiis has admitted their scratchy start is concerning him and will meet with Donadoni face-to-face to thrash out the situation.

Donadoni is confident he can turn things around, but needs a result against Siena to relieve the pressure.
