Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis insists Marek Hamsik is staying.

The Slovakia midfielder has been linked with AC Milan.

"[Milan Vice-President Adriano] Galliani has never asked me for Hamsik and he could have because we have met recently," he revealed.

"The only person to request Hamsik was Inter's Massimo Moratti, but I told him that we were at the start of an era and asked him to not make any more offers for the player."
