Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis believes Edinson Cavani will move to PSG as a replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Swede has been linked with Manchester City this past week.
"Ibrahimovic will not play with Cavani," De Laurentiis told reporters. "He has already been promised to other shores."
