Napoli have opened talks with Liverpool for fullback Andrea Dossena.
The Daily Mail says Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has confirmed the club are in talks with Liverpool to sign the 27-year-old former Udinese left-back.
It was expected Dossena would stay at Anfield following the knee injury suffered by Fabio Aurelio.
