Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis refuses to sell Faouzi Ghoulam to AC Milan.

Rai Sport says De Laurentiis has informed Napoli sports chief Cristiano Giuntoli not to consider offers from Milan for the fullback.

Instead, the president wants to sell Ghoulam abroad.

The left-back, with just over a year to run on his current deal, has attracted enquiries from Atletico Madrid in recent days.

Chelsea are also keen, where his former St Etienne teammate Kurt Zouma has talked up the prospect of joining him at Stamford Bridge.
