Napoli have ended their training camp after agreement between the squad and president Aurelio de Laurentiis.

Napoli have won three games on the trot since the decision was made.

The club announced yesterday: "Following today's training session, President Aurelio De Laurentiis and Christian Maggio - representing the squad - clarified their positions on the retreat and agreed the players will return home this evening.

"The President and players made an iron pact to respect their duties and honour the jersey with an aim to end the season achieving the best possible results.

"The President, who spoke to Maggio on the telephone, virtually shook hands with him and the entire squad who, along with Rafa Benitez, are ready for the next challenges with the maximum concentration and professionalism."
