Napoli have approached Brescia for goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano.
The U21 international is regarded as far and away the best prospect for his age in Italy and has been a long-term target for Inter Milan.
Napoli sports chief Pierpaolo Marino has asked after Viviano during talks for his Brescia teammate Fabiano Santacroce.
