Kerdos says Napoli are keen to take the Greece striker to Italy over the summer.
Mitroglou joined Fulham in January from Olympiacos for a club record fee, but failed to make an impact as his new club spiraled into relegation.
Napoli hope to convince Fulham to part with Mitroglou for €10 million.
