Interest from Napoli has placed QPR boss Gigi de Canio under pressure.
The People says De Canio was contacted in recent days by Napoli representatives about a return to Italy as a replacement for Edy Reja.
QPR chiefs are unhappy with the situation and are weighing up whether to show De Canio the door this week.
