Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has again declared Edinson Cavani will only be sold for his buyout clause.

Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal are among clubs that previously confirmed their interest in Cavani, whose contract carries a £50 million buyout option.

"I have already said that Cavani is not for sale. So we will wait and see whether someone is willing to pay his buyout clause, and if the player wants to go to the club," declared De Laurentiis.
