Napoli are in talks with Tottenham for Mousa Dembele.
Sky Italia says Napoli want to take Tottenham midfielder Dembele on loan.
However, it is thought Spurs only want a permanent deal for Dembele, who featured against Everton yesterday.
The Belgian is viewed by Napoli as a replacement for Jonathan de Guzman.
