Chelsea won't rule out selling fullback Cesar Azpilicueta.
The Daily Mail says Spain international Azpilicueta has vowed to fight for his place but the chance to play regularly again under Napoli coach Rafa Benitez will no doubt appeal.
Chelsea would be reluctant to sell mid-season but may be persuaded if offers come close to the £7million they paid Marseille for the 24-year-old in August 2012.
