Napoli hero Careca has no doubts about the quality of Flamengo whiz Lucas Paqueta.

Paqueta is set to join AC Milan in January.

And Careca told Radio Onda Libera: "He's a great player, he has quality and a great foot, a very good left-hander. He has a guaranteed future and can grow so much in Italian football."

On Napoli, the former striker continued: "I like them a lot, it has lost (Maurizio) Sarri but it has taken (Carlo) Ancelotti who has experience, quality and knows how to win.

"Napoli has an imprint with a modern and competitive football."
