Napoli defender Koulibaly: Ancelotti now changes things

Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly says the players are getting more used to the demands of coach Carlo Ancelotti.

Napoli have won three of their four competitive matches under Ancelotti and open their Champions League account for the season on Tuesday against Red Star Belgrade.

“We don't need to change Coach to understand that we have to improve our performance in the Champions League," Koulibaly said at a Press conference.

“We also know how difficult it is to play at a feisty stadium like the Marakana. We must be able to win at this stadium.

“You [journalists] are talking about PSG and Liverpool, but we have to think about the Red Star because we want to move forward, even if the odds aren't on our side.

“We're on the right track, even if we're not at our best yet, but now we have to think about the Champions League, which is something else.

“Today we're treating every competition with importance. We've started quite well in the League and now we face matches that we dreamed of as children. And we want to do well in them.

“I'm very happy at Napoli. I'm having a good time of it and we're assimilating what Ancelotti wants very quickly.

“He helps us a lot and always talks to us, which is important. We'll all improve together."
