Swansea City are seeking to rush through a deal for Napoli defender Federico Fernandez.
Swans chiefs want to close the agreement before Saturday's Premier League kickoff against Manchester United.
The two clubs have agreed terms over a fee for Fernandez, who was packing his bags last night for the UK.
Fernandez will be in Wales today for a Swansea medical and to pen his contract.
The defender was part of Argentina's World Cup squad this summer.
