Crocked Napoli striker Lorenzo Insigne says he'll fight back from his knee injury.
The Italy international sustained a ruptured crucial ligament during Napoli's recent 1-0 victory at Fiorentina.
"These days I'm going through are the hardest of my career," Insigne told his club's official website.
"But this injury has also given me the opportunity to fully understand and feel the warmth of all the people who have shown me love, plus the Napoli fans.
"I've received lots of touching messages and beautiful tokens of support which will give me even more courage and determination to return to the pitch stronger than before.
"I'm proud to be a Neapolitan, and I'll try to repay the love of the fans by giving my all to become a protagonist again with my heart on my shirt.
"In the meantime, I'll be close to the group with all my soul to cheer and shout I've always done since I was little: 'Forza Napoli'!"
