Napoli have completed the signing of Atalanta midfielder Luca Cigarini.

Confirmation comes from Tommaso Ghirardi the Parma President, who owns 50 per cent of the 22-year-old playmaker.

Atalanta own the rest of his contract and their President, Alessandro Ruggeri, is expected to make a statement soon.

"By now, everything has been done so Cigarini can move to Napoli," Ghirardi told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

"The relevant papers will be signed at the end of the week, but there is a deal between me, De Laurentiis and Ruggeri."

Napoli have already agreed a deal with Udinese for striker Fabio Quagliarella.
