Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri has admitted his admiration for Juventus defender Daniele Rugani.

Rugani worked with Sarri at Empoli before both men left the club last summer.

"Who is the best young player in Italy? In my view Rugani. He has extraordinary capabilities and concentration. I gave him his debut at Empoli when he was 18," said Sarri.

“He will be a very important player for the future of Italian football."
