Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has reported he's okay after a health scare during victory over AS Roma.

Napoli moved up to second in the table and could be dark horses for the Scudetto.

"I am worn out, but very happy with this great victory," Mazzarri said.

The charismatic tactician didn't see out the entire game after feeling a little ill before the final whistle.

"I am fine now," he said. "Nothing happened, only a dip in pressure probably.

"But as for the rest, I follow the games with great intensity. I live them with emotion. Only the people who do this job know what it means to prepare for six games in two weeks like what happened to us.

"Stress and tiredness take over, above all for someone like me who dedicates an entire week to the preparation for a match."
