Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has dismissed reports of heart trouble.

Mazzarri was widely believed to have visited the Montevergine di Mercogliano clinic yesterday morning for an angioplasty.

However, Napoli's official Twitter feed ran a brief couple of quotes from the Coach, which denied that the trip to Avellino was for anything like this.

"I have heard a thousand silly rumours about me this morning," Napoli posted and attributed to Mazzarri.

"I simply went to a clinic in Avellino to carry out an inspection, this had been planned for some time, with Dr De Nicola."
