Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri allayed concerns over his health after victory against Genoa.
He underwent heart tests last week and reportedly needs angioplasty on a clogged artery, as he was repeatedly seen touching his chest during the 4-2 win at Genoa.
"We play with heart, that is why I put my hand on my chest. I am fine, I feel good, I can assure everyone," he told Sky Sport Italia.
