Napoli coach Roberto Donadoni won't make an extra effort to convince Atalanta striker Sergio Floccari to move to Naples in the summer.

"I don't need to call Floccari because he must decide his own future," the ex-Azzurri tactician told Sportmediaset.

"There are certain players, like Sergio, who grab the spotlight and their names are on everyone's lips.

"But I believe that a footballer must have the right motivations when he makes a transfer."
