Napoli coach Rafa Benitez is proud of his work last season at Chelsea.
Benitez took with him a Europa League winners' medal and a sense of satisfaction.
"I am proud of what I did," Benitez told the Daily Mail. "My relationship with the staff and a lot of players was good and I think about this experience as a very positive one.
"I am in contact with the players all the time. After the season we went to America and had a very good time together.
"It was a part of my experience in England and I was really pleased in the end. I can understand that a group of fans were not happy, but I had more than 500 messages sent to my website from Chelsea fans who said, 'Thank you very much, we understand'. A lot of them were pleased with the way the team was playing. You cannot hide this."
