Napoli are ready to wrap up a deal for Bayern Munich midfielder Jose Sosa.

The Azzurri have been chasing Sosa for much of the summer.

"He'll complete his move on Monday. Directors Rummenigge and Bigon are working out the final details," agent Favio Bilardo told CalcioNapoli24.it.

"The negotiations are between the two clubs, as we have already reached a deal with Napoli.

"The fax with the first official offer was sent on Thursday. It is likely that on Monday morning the definitive offer will come through.

"Bayern lowered their demands. The initial request was €3.5m, while Napoli put on the table €2.5m plus bonuses tied to European qualification, appearances, goals and a percentage on a future sale.

"Jose is anxiously awaiting the positive end to negotiations. He wants to play and to be considered an important figure.

"He was locked out by other players at Bayern, but in Naples he can rediscover his consistency."
