Napoli sports chief Pierpaolo Marino is eager to avoid comparisons between Ezequiel Lavezzi and club legend Diego Maradona.

After their 5-0 win at Udinese, Marino said: "We are satisfied with the victory, but we do not boast because we must grow and Udine represents only a stage of our process of improvement.

"The material in possession of the trainer is good, but we want to avoid comparing Lavezzi to Maradona."
