Napoli vice-President Edoardo De Laurentiis has taken a swipe at Sampdoria midfielder Roberto Soriano.

De Laurentiis says they'll be shopping for young signings.

He stated: “January? On the transfer market we're looking for someone who wants to emerge, not someone who could upset the harmony of the dressing room.

“Roberto Soriano? He didn't accept Napoli. He waited until the last minute for the call of his former Coach [Sinisa Mihajlovic] at Milan. He screwed it up for himself."
