Rafael Benitez has rubbished claims that he will look to lure Mario Balotelli to Napoli this winter.
Recent reports suggested that the former Liverpool boss was looking to raid his old club for the 24-year old Italian striker in the January transfer window.
However, Benitez has made it vehemently clear that he has no desire to bring Balotelli, who has struggled at Anfield since his £16million summer move from AC Milan, to the Stadio San Paolo anytime soon.
"Mario coming to us in January? There is absolutely nothing to this, it is just a hypothesis that I have never considered," Benitez told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
