Napoli have struck personal terms with Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel.
Tuttosport says Napoli have agreed a €3 million-a-year deal with the Slovakia international.
Reds representatives are in Milan today to discuss transfer terms with Napoli officials.
It's understood Napoli would prefer an initial 12 month loan deal with the view to a permanent transfer next June.
